Hello!! I'm Luke or GIllian, my main handle online is Grubgillian/Grubgills; I also go under Toonabait and various other names. I'm 18 going on 19 in May. I mostly do digital furry art, however I experiment with human work from time to time!! My comms are semi open [check comm info for accurate status] but I usually do adoptables as it's less stressful for me. I'm open to collabs & trades, just ask!My main sona is a wolverine as I feel they represent me the most, but I definitely own ALOT of sonas and I love to have a collection of different representations of myself — whether they're furries or humanoid. My OCs aren't terribly active, but I think about them often and stories that I think could work for them. Commission Terms Of Service

1. General Terms
---•I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.•I do not do business with anyone under the age of 16.•All communication regarding commissions will be done via; dependant on the platform where the commission request was made.•I will not create artwork that includes hate speech, malicious ideology, or inherently political subjects.•Clients must provide clear references and descriptions. I am not responsible for mistakes caused by unclear instructions — however I will make adjustments and fixes per request.2. Payment & Pricing
---•All prices are in USD and are subject to change based on complexity.•Payment must be made through PayPal — I will not accept any other form as most (ex; Venmo, Cashapp, etc,.) are not internationally available. Vouchers are accepted!•Payment is required AFTER sketch — I'm also fine with upfront if the client wishes it. A watermarked sketch will be sent, then any progress WIPs/updates after payment will be unwatermarked.•Additional fees may apply for; Complex designs, rush orders, additional revisions beyond simple tweaks.3. Refunds & Cancellations
---•Full refunds are only available if I have not started the commission.•If I cancel the commission, the client will receive a full refund - despite any progress made.•If the client cancels after work has begun, a partial refund may be given based on progress.•No refunds will be given once the artwork is completed.4. Revisions & Edits
---•Minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are allowed a couple times for free. Additional revisions may require a fee.•Major revisions (e.g., pose changes, outfit redesigns) are only available during the sketch phase.5. Rights & Usage
---•I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for my portfolio, promotions, or personal projects. However this is flexible as I've received good reasoning before as to why I can't share a certain commission; such as stalker concerns, etc.Clients may:•Use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. Ask about using it for things such as landing cards, badges, etc - as I'd love to be aware so that I can see! : D•Post the artwork online with proper credit.Clients may NOT:•Claim the artwork as their own.•Edit, modify, or trace the artwork without permission.•Use the artwork for commercial purposes (merch, prints, etc.) unless discussed before using the work in such a way.•Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, etc.6. Commercial Use
---•If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an additional fee MAY apply.•Commercial use includes: merchandise, promotional material, branding, etc.•Prices for commercial rights will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.7. Turnaround Time & Delivery
---•Estimated completion time is often dependent - however you may request a hard date in my comm form or it can be discussed in DMs.•I will provide progress updates at [sketch, lineart, color] stages. Sometimes WIPs may be random like when I'm checking if I got a specific detail right.•Artwork will be delivered as a PNG file via your preferred delivery method - ex; Email, ToyHouse transfer.8. Communication & Conduct
---•Excessively rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will result in commission cancellation without a refund.•I will not tolerate harassment or pressure regarding commission progress. Asking about updates semi frequently (ex; weekly) is not considered harassment — so this is fine to do!9. Blacklist Policy
---I reserve the right to blacklist users from future transactions due to:•Chargebacks or payment disputes.•Violating my TOS.•Harassment or inappropriate behavior.- - -Blacklist — these users are forbidden from owning any designs or work from me:Luvhbites10. Agreement
---•By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.•I may update these terms at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them before commissioning. No unfair revisions will be made, such as; no longer offering refunds, refusing updates, etc - so no need to worry about that!

Design Terms Of Service

1. General Terms
---By obtaining a design from me (via commission, trade, or purchase), you agree to these terms.•I retain the right to refuse service to anyone, and to forcefully reclaim designs if I find it necessary. Justifiable reasons include; theft, using the character to promote malicious ideology, or for things that go against my personal comfort, which you can view in my BR-BFYI section.•These terms apply to all designs I create, regardless of how they were obtained.2. Ownership & Usage
---You may:•Use the design for personal projects, roleplay, artwork, etc.•Modify the design (colors, accessories, small features, etc.).•Resell, trade, or gift the design, but NOT for more than its original price unless extra art is included. Personal art included as I believe personal art holds monetary value according to the artist.You may NOT:•Claim the original design as your own creation.•Mass-produce/Sell design multiple times — consensual co-owning is not included, you may do that as you please!•Use the design for NFTs, AI training, hate speech, promotion of hateful ideology, or things that go against my personal comfort - which can be viewed in my BR-BFYI section.3. Commercial Use
---•If you wish to use the design commercially, commercial rights must be purchased separately.•The price for commercial rights is discussed case-by-case.•Commercial rights allow the design to be used in branding, merchandise, or monetized media (games, comics, etc.).4. Credit & Redistribution
---•Credit must be given to me as the original designer when posting or using the character publicly. This doesn't need to be done EVERYTIME! Only in relevant contexts (like when someone asks who made the design), so don't worry about doing this every single time.5. Blacklist Policy

Business Relevant Before You Interact

My BR-BFYI will include my DNI/BFYI that is relevant to business transactions based on personal comfort.•DNI with me or my work if you plan to use my art in a malicious or spiteful way.•I will not do commission work or do direct character transactions with proship/fic &/or antis/antiship individuals — NEITHER side are accepted, I view both of these sides the same.•I generally do not want to work with or interact with individuals who are friends with/knowingly support Luvhbites, who is featured on my blacklist.•I will not work with people who are frequently wrapped up in drama or those who actively ignite drama, as I feel this could negatively impact my brand aswell as potentially create a unpleasant atmosphere around me or my work. It just sucks and furry drama is often stupid.

DNI/BFYI

I will try to keep this DNI/BFYI more brief as it is only personally relevant, however it does overlap with my BR-BFYI too!Keep in mind this is just a guideline for those who want to know more about me/be friends - and I'm not willing to be friends with anyone under 17!•DNI proship/fic &/or antis/antiship, these two sides are the same to me and I want neither near me.•DNI antirecovery, proharassment, antipara (harmless para), antikink. I'm very kink friendly and quite lenient with art morals. I'm propara (harmless para) so if this aspect of me discomforts you, you're free to not interact with me or my artwork.•DNI those who get wrapped up in drama frequently/have a tendency to start it, I personally don't want that in my online space as I like to keep a relatively peaceful environment.•More common DNI criteria applies - like homophobia, sexism, etc etc etc, don't really feel the need to outline all that since I'm obviously queer and inclusive.
